1. When can I move in my booth display?
To ensure availability of loading docks and handcarts, the 2011 Booth Move-in Schedule is as follows on Wednesday, September 21, 2011.
Booths #900-1200s move in beginning at 10:00 AM
Booths #500-837 move in beginning Noon
Booths #100-419 move in beginning at 2:00 PM
Booths must be in place and ready by 5 PM on September 22nd.
Expo Hall will close at 6PM September 21st. Security will be on premises from 6PM until 7 AM on September 22nd.

- If your booth is a large scale display, please contact Angie Elliott to coordinate your move-in process.
Tabletop Exhibitors - Are welcome to move in beginning at 3:00 pm September 21st but are not required to move in that day. Tabletop exhibits may set up on September 22nd beginning at 7:30 AM. Exhibits must be ready by 9:30 AM Sept. 22nd.
2. I need electricity and carpet, how do I get these items?
Electricity/internet/phone can be ordered directly through Century II. Download order form
Booth decorations such as carpet, extra tables, draping, or greenery can be ordered through Henry Helgerson Co.

3. What comes with my booth purchase?
Included with booth price is a booth sign with your registered exhibitor name, an 8’ back drop and 3’ high divider curtain on each side, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Several standard booths will have one side that is the 8' backdrop of an endcap booth. Pipe & draping will be black.
Electric Power/Telephone/Internet access must be ordered from Century II Convention Services at an additional expense (see #2 above). Exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and power strips. Order early to save money! Rates go up if ordered the day of the show.
